My daughter had a chipped adult tooth and Dr. Palmer did a wonderful job. His assistant Mariah made her feel so comfortable and made her laugh. Highly recommend this dentist office!

We're new to the area and hadn't established a Dentist yet, so we visited this office on a friend's advice-it was an excellent choice. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming; the staff is friendly, professional and genuinely personable, and the entire space is spotless. We felt comfortable and well cared for from start to finish.

These folks were great. I expected to have a rough time because I waited way too long between cleanings, but my hygienist was fantastic and surprisingly gentle. When my dentist came in to finish up, she was great too.

Everyone is so wonderful. I needed to bring my toddler with me and she doesn’t like to be away from me. They were very kind and supportive to her and me to get my visit done. They even changed their tv to a show for her. This is my 3rd visit with this team and they are great about working with my gag reflex and have done a great job with one of my fillings and the process of getting it completed for me.

I haven’t been to a dentist in many years. This office was so wonderful and sweet. Didn’t get my assistants name, but she was amazing. Dr. Luciano Parker was just as amazing and very educational. If you’re in my shoes and worried about “neglecting” your teeth and feeling any shame, make an appointment here!

10/10 !! They are very nice and explain everything to you. They are up front about payments and easy to communicate with ! I can't thank there team enough and amazing people at the front !. I went in with 4 months till my wedding and they have definitely transformed my smile. I recommend them to any and everyone.

Charles Town Dental Center is by far the best dental office I have ever visited! I have only been here twice, but both times were an a very positive experience. I actually left happier than when I went in. Can you imagine that, enjoying a visit to the dentist? The Office Manager, Lisa and Front Desk Coordinator, Stacey are amazingly capable, organized and pleasant. Dr. Baldi is very patient and kind. And Dr. Luciano Parker is an outstanding dentist. She is funny and her work is genius. She repaired my front tooth and I couldn't be happier with the result! It is excellent! Lastly, I really can't say enough good things about the Certified Dental Assistant, Kristin. She does great work and is delightful! She is like a good friend that makes everything okay. This team of professionals is truly a joy to be around. If I could, I would give them 6 stars! I mean that sincerely. I can't believe I am actually looking forward to my next visit. And I don't ever want to go to a different dental office now.

I’ve been going to this dental office for years, and I’ve consistently had great experiences. The entire staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely comforting, which makes a huge difference for someone like me who tends to feel nervous about dental visits. I feel at ease when I’m there, and I really appreciate how approachable everyone is when I have questions. They take the time to explain things clearly, creating a relaxed and easy experience. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism with such a warm, supportive atmosphere. I’m truly grateful to have found this office and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring dental team.
